Accepting work

From time to time the development team will be requested to do work. Work can come from different sources, from customers through tickets, from colleagues and from the Product Owner.

The etiquette we have settled on as a team, is that no work is accepted through direct messaging. Team members are requested to redirect callers to the Teams chat of Development, or submit a ticket to the Tickets app.

For code changes it is requirement that an Asana ticket is made. No code changes should be made without a ticket and the review process of the team.

For answering questions about software or data. It is advisable to always work from the team channel or tickets.
