Categories of work
We identified a number of categories of work. The chapter below describes each category.
RFC
And RFC is a new feature that needs to be implemented by the development team. Before we start implementing a new feature all involved departments need to be consulted to find out the purpose of this new feature. We want to implement the correct feature that solves a user problem. So we need to verify the needs of an user.

Improvements
Small usability improvements that will make the life of our users easier. Reducing the number of reported issues. This type of issues should never impact the existing functionality.

Bug reports
Bug reports must be reported via our ticket system. Following the defined template to ensure we have all information we need to resolve the issue.
Support
Support tickets will never result in code changes. Most likely these tickets are an identifier of missing knowledge in another department. This might result in extra documentation or training of the involved departments.
